Craig and I, with my placards. Assembling at Civic Square at about 12:15.
And here is a short video taken by ACT staffer Andrew Falloon, showing us entering Parliament grounds:
More videos at Act on Campus.

Bernard Darnton, Libertarianz leader, with a ‘censored’ gag. This image proved popular with the media, appearing in the Herald and on Scoop. In fact while the Scoop report was horribly biased, Libertarianz members were over-represented in the photos: Nik with a cardboard Statue of Liberty, also gagged, and Rick (of SOLO and Silent Running) with an effigy of Winston Peters being hanged for treason.

Me, with Olivia from SOLO. Down with Nanny State!

Marchers line up for the cameras, before leaving Civic Square.
A decent sized crowd at Parliament, which I would estimate at 300 or so, rather than the 100-200 reported in the media.

Marching past the Beehive. Michael Ellis is visible – you can read his report here.
My original post was picked up by Global Voices Online, although the Electoral Finance Bill is not getting much international coverage at all. Here is the Dominion Post article. The prize for worst, most jaw-droppingly bad reporting goes to 3 News.
A more comprehensive report at Kiwiblog, where David Farrar explains why he was the keynote speaker at the last minute following a light plane accident at the airport and a Select Committe delay which prevented any of the speakers from appearing.

I have some pictures too if you want them. They have a slightly different focus though……
